Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays. Orders made Saturday, Sunday and on Federal holidays will be shipped out on the following Business day. In the event of extremely high sales volume, customers will be contacted via email and made aware of the expected shipping date.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipping to P.O. boxes is prohibited. Customers must provide a residential shipping address that matches their payment information.
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses will require an email request.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours of purchase.
Damages
LuxStylezVA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
